			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In the old days of print journalism, <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Print_syndication">syndication</a> was the sign you&#8217;d made it. A symbol of prestige and influence that meant one had a breadth of voice worth reckoning with. </p>
<p><a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Web_syndication">Web syndication?</a> Not so much. But I decided to syndicate with myself today, which feels vaguely dirty, but nonetheless oddly appropriate. </p>
<p>If you see posts from now on posted by the user <i>chris@mitblogs</i> and/or falling under the category <i>mitblogs</i>, those are posts that I have made to <a href="http://mitadmissions.org">MITAdmissions.org</a>. Like today&#8217;s <a href="http://www.mitadmissions.org/topics/before/science_fairs_olympiads_etc/kickoff.shtml">entry about FIRST Robotics</a>, for instance. The link in the title also goes there, not here. </p>
<p>I don&#8217;t blog for MIT terribly often &#8211; our student bloggers are much more interesting &#8211; but when I do it&#8217;ll be here too! </p>
